  • Q. I am an employer looking to recruit a permanent member of staff for my Company, Is there a charge? Yes - contact us for a quote and to receive our terms of business.
  • Q. Will you manage the recruitment process for me? Yes. We will take a full job description, search for and interview Candidates, create a short list, submit for your approval and arrange all the interview details. We will follow up on those meetings with feedback, organise any offers and start details. We will also inform unsuccessful Candidates.
  • Q. Do you supply Contract or Temporary Staff? Yes - we can supply Temporary or Contract Staff.
  • Q. Is there a minimum Contract period? No - But it is unlikely a temp will accept an assignment of less than one day.
  • Q. Is there a Fee involved just for you to search for suitable Candidates? No, unless we have been retained, a fee is only payable to the agency when you engage a Candidate. We would also encourage you to cover any interview expenses (agreed in advance) with any Candidates you interview.
  • Q. Do you offer a Temp to Perm Service? Yes - Please contact us to agree specific terms.
  • Q. Are CV's available for us to view? Yes we can then E mail (Preferred Method), Fax or Post them to you.
  • Q. I wish to keep my company Confidential from Prospective Candidates - Is that Possible? Yes. We usually inform Candidates of where their CV is being sent, but if you would prefer this to be kept Confidential then please inform us when placing the job with us.
  • Q. Do you have rooms available at your office to carry out interviews? Yes. These are available free of charge if interviewing Candidates we have introduced to you. This may also be an option if you wish to interview offsite for confidentiality reasons.
  • Q. Are their any hidden Extras? No the price we quote is the price you pay (excluding VAT)
  • Q. Do you require a Job Description? Yes - Email or Fax us a full Job Description. We are also very happy to visit your offices and take the details directly.
  • Q. I have a number of contractors working for me at the moment and running their payroll gives me a headache. What do you suggest? We can run payroll for you at a reduced margin.
